Boys Teams Shine Through Fall Season

Another great fall season is all wrapped up for the Spokane Sounders and here is a quick glance around some of the achievements on the field from the older, competitive age groups.

The B2009 ECNL RL squad are off to a good start, sitting mid-table in the competition at 3-4-1 with wins against Snohomish United, Columbia Premier and Eastside along with a draw against Crossfire. Meanwhile, the B2010 side is enjoying a good run of form in the RCL portion of their slate. They are currently third and just three points back of the leaders with the league’s only unbeaten record at 4-0-5 that includes a draw against leaders Wenatchee and a win against second-place Eastside.

Among the younger boys groups, a pair of teams are sitting near the top of the WISL U13 league. The B2012 Pre-ECNLRL squad, playing up a year, is just one point back of first with a nearly perfect 7-1-0 record with the B2011 Copa squad just five points further back of them in third at 5-2-1.
