Program Overview
- Recreational soccer program focused on development, consistency, and enjoyment
- Designed for young players Pre-K through 2nd Grade (U4–U8)
- Boys and Girls teams
- Led by Program Director Morgan Hartanov and Spokane Shadow coaching staff
- Age-appropriate curriculum developed by licensed coaches
MLS GO Rec Program Details
Age Groups - Boys & Girls
U4 - Pre K (No games for this age group unless requested)
U5 - Pre K
U6 - Kindergarten
U7 - 1st Grade
U8 - 2nd Grade
All age groups are based on birthdates between August 1 and July 31
Season Information
Fall (7 weeks): Practices begin the week of August 31st and run through October 17th.
Spring (6 weeks): Practice begin the week of April 12th and run through May 22nd
Training / Practice Schedule
South Complex (South) - Thursdays 5:00-6:00 pm
Dwight Merkel (North)- Tuesdays 5:00-6:00 pm
Hub Sports Complex (Valley) - Wednesdays 5:00-6:00 pm
Optional MLSGO Academy: Additional Training for Interested Families
Polo Grounds - Mondays 5:00-6:00 pm

North - Dwight Merkel Sports Complex: 5701 N Assembly St, Spokane, WA 99205.
South - Southeast South Complex: 2700 E 46th Ave, Spokane, WA 99223.
South - Polo Grounds: 7714 W Sunset Hwy, Spokane, WA 99224.
Valley - The Hub Sports Complex: 19619 E Cataldo Ave, Liberty Lake, WA 99016
Games (CO-ED games if necessary)
All Games are Saturdays between 8:30 am - 11:30 am at Polo Grounds

Cost
$69.00 and includes uniform
Additional suggested donation $140 - This covers costs for coaches
Coaching
Every age group at each location will be led by a combination of the director, location-led, location trainers, or parent coaches.
