Coaching History: Brett began coaching in Wyoming at the club level before playing at the University of Wyoming, where he also served on the women's soccer staff. After college he spent time also coaching in Texas and Virginia before joining the Spokane Sounders staff in 2013.

Playing History: An All-State HS player in Wyoming, Brett played at the University of Wyoming and later enjoyed a stint with third division side Memmelsdorf FC (2001-04) in Bamberg, Germany.
