24 Players Named GA Talent ID Selections

The Spokane Sounders are thrilled to unveil this season’s selections for The Girls Academy Talent ID Conference event for the Pacific Northwest Conference. This year 24 players were identified for the event from Spokane Sounders, expanding from last year’s 17.

The six GA Spokane Sounders sides as a collective finished as the top club once again in the division with four (U19, U16, U14 & U13) claiming division titles. The U15 squad finished second and U17s third. The four championships and top three finishes will likely result in the club returning to the national GA Champions Cup competition as the sole representative for the entire Pacific Northwest for the 2023-24 season.

The Talent ID Conference event will be held at the Harmony Sports Complex in Vancouver, WA and feature the top 32-36 players from the conference in each of the four age groups (U14-U17) will come together for training and match play. This event will provide a unique opportunity for the players to train and play against other players in their conference in a top training environment. Collegiate coaches, professional scouts and US Soccer – as part of their Talent Identification program – will scout the event.
